Which MOSFET does the mePed use?

Short answer: None. The TO-220 part is a 3.3V regulator, and the servos run directly from the battery pack.

Which MOSFET is used to build the mePed?
Answer · spiercemePed team · Aug 2018
Hi Yosauron,

We don't use any MOSFETs on the mePed PCB. The large TO-220 package you're probably thinking of is a 3.3v Regulator. All 8 servos are powered directly from the battery pack.

Thanks,
Scott Pierce
